We invite you to consider applying to serve on the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center Foundation Board and help sustain the programs and performances that enrich our community. \nApply Now \nThe City of Simi Valley is seeking individuals passionate about the arts to serve on the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center Foundation Board\, the fundraising arm of the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center (CAC). Foundation Board Members play a key role in supporting the arts by helping fund vital programming that brings artistic\, cultural\, and educational experiences to our community. \nThe Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Of the 21-member Board\, seven are appointed by the City Council. \nThose with experience in non-profit fundraising\, arts advocacy\, finance\, marketing\, or community leadership are highly encouraged to apply. The open positions have terms beginning July 1\, 2026\, and ending on June 30\, 2030. Foundation Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at the Cultural Arts Center. \nThe Foundation hosts fundraising events throughout the year\, including the Spotlight Awards\, which honors local artists\, educators\, volunteers\, and patrons for their contributions to the arts community in Simi Valley\, and the Hispanic Heritage Festival\, a celebration of diverse communities and traditions.
